Association Dues

Association dues are $900 per year with half due on January 1st and the other half due on July 1st.  The property manager sends statements, via USPS, with an attached payment coupon for use if payment by mail is desired.  Owners may alternatively, pay their dues using the Keith Collins QUICKPAY link.  Your account number will be published on your statement.  Click HERE and we’ll open a tab to the Keith Collins website.   Lastly, you may choose to set up an online banking payee.  To achieve this, make “Whisperwoods (#693)” the named payee and use the mailing address shown below, along with the account number provided on your statement.  Please contact Faith with any questions.
